Service advisor was rude, service took longer than expected.

The customer service was good, but the lack of detail was very poor. I came in for a oil change and after the service was done I paid for it and left. 5 minutes later the oil pan cover came off on I-20 freeway dragging the ground making the loudest nose I've ever heard in a car. I immediately took the car back to the dealership to get my car fixed, and it was fixed in a timely mater. Some may say this is not a big deal. About as bad an experience as one could imagine. I took the day off and drove 50 miles to Vandergriff to have a molding part and clip replaced. Two parts Vandergriff had already replaced once before, but clearly their first replacement was substandard causing me to have to return a second time. The two parts was ordered ahead of time, so it would be there when my appointment was scheduled. I arrived on time, waited over two hours in the waiting room before being paged. I was not impressed with the pushy salesperson. We were not given the complete truth about the miles put on our new vehicle. If I were to buy another new vehicle, it would NOT be from Vandergriff. I would grade them a 0.25 if the scale would allow.

As a long time Vandergriff Toyota customer I will not be buying another vehicle from Vandergriff Toyota! I negotiated the price to include mats. I made the mistake of letting them order the mats to be picked up later. I asked when I picked the mats up if the cargo area mat was in the box. When I got home it was not in the box. When I called to complain I was told that wasn't included! Wow!!! Live & learn. They lost a long time customer but hey they saved $150 on a cargo mat.

My tires weren't rotated. I know this for a fact, for one it wasn't documented and my car needed washing so if the tires was touched it'll leave fingerprint smudges. I mention this to the service advisor why, the block wasn't checked and I was told they didn't have to check all the boxes just the important ones. But this was the main reason I was there. I was there almost 3 hours and my service wasn't completed. I got there early as suggested

They forgot to reset the engine oil monitor and 3 days later I got a message that the oil needs to be changed. I was worried because I had just done it. I already solved it but I think that is part of the warranty or does it not cover it either?
