Experienced a very dangerous wiper failure while driving my 2023 Rav4 Hybrid in heavy traffic on I-20. A sudden heavy rainfall and suddenly the wipers completely stopped and would not restart. Luckily was able to get to shoulder and wait for the rain to subside. Later it began raining again, and the wipers started working properly. At Vandergriff Toyota, we were told that they couldn't find any problem and did nothing. Seriously ?? I think that the 2021 Rav4's were recalled for the same problem.

I had my alignment done two days prior to my service at Vandergriff Toyota. It was perfect. I got a call from them when the oil change was done that said they performed a complementary alignment check and were very concerned about it being out of alignment. They offered to align it for $40 more than I paid two days previously at another shop. I told them it was just done and left. On the drive home my car now pulls to the right. I no longer trust this service center.

Not good. Last Friday 4/12/24 I paid for my 5000 mile service and I have nothing done, myengine light still on and oil change light turned on. Also September from 2023 I paid for a brake flush service, and the technician from your shop told me that I need the brakes flush. That means they didn't do it and charged me for it.

Dealership took 4 hours to perform an oil change and flash an update to my vehicle's computer. The next day I noticed a large oil stain on my driveway and oil residue on the engine cover indicating an oil spill during the refill process. Technician did not take time to clean up the spill resulting in oil on the driveway.

Over 2 hours for an oil change and at a cost of just under $100. Oh, and I did have an appointment for the oil change.
