Went in for an oil change and was up sold an alignment that they were unable to provide an alignment sheet for after service. Pretty sure it wasnt done.

Totally unbelievable! They sell the 2021 Prius as Toyota certified. But that is an absolute garbage car!!! (The technicians word, who checked this car). Having rust at the top, windshield is misaligned, and the bumper is broken on the corner. The bodyshop guy at another Toyota dealer told me this car had nontrivial accident before so the front bumper and cover is not well aligned. Returned it. According to my local Toyota dealer this car is absolutely unqualified to be certified. Gee!!!

I brought to get the flat tire fixed. I was told that, there is no problem and they inflated and told me that I can drive. I came back and parked in the garage and the same tire deflated again. Means, it was not thoroughly checked for any flat.

I have to be honest with the one star rating. After the service was done on my car, I noticed the personal things in my car had been moved around. An item was on the floor, and items scattered. Before leaving, there was black marks on my mat, and upholstery. I drove to a tech, and told her what was going on. She was kind, and took my car back to the service people.
