I didn't like the sound of the car after the service was performed. It not like the usual sound. Not sure they remember to change the oil.

Visited the dealership 3times in less than 5 days. Each time I take my car in, I get diagnostics that will cost over 1k and its all tech. I had my car checked by a neutral party and the diagnostics states that my 4yr car is in perfect condition.

Expensive and not covered by the repair policy Vandergriff sold to me that is only good at Vandergriff - a detail that was discovered after the fact.

We agreed upon a price in writing up front but when I went back to finance they charged me an additional $8000 for the vehicle. I would recommend staying away from this dealer at all cost because they do not understand ethics. Do NOT take them at face value as they just want to steal from you. Dont become a victim of Vandergriff.

I was in the shop for 5 days only to hear the total bill would be outrageous and would take more time

Extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service. I purchased a used vehicle from Vandergriff and after a long and very stressful purchase I missed the dealer prep charge of over $5,500. When I returned to the dealership to ask about the charge they couldn't and wouldn't give me a clear explanation. Spoke to the finance dept who called the used car manager who said he would get the general manager to speak with us. We waited in an office for over 45 minutes and no one ever came.

For an oil change that I had an appointment for it took almost two hours. Everything at this dealership seams to be extremely overpriced... 60$ for labor for an oil change is quite extensive...

Ethan McDonnell refused to actually service the problem. His solution was that its a Toyota problem and that Apple car play only works with his iPhone 11 and not my (or 2 other) iPhone 13s. His answer is wait for an update from Toyota in the mean time Apple car play just wont work. That is an unacceptable answer and it showed that he simply refused to attempt to solve the problem. We are working with corporate Toyota to get the issue resolved.

Ethan MCDonnell let us leave after hours of waiting without the problem solved. We were told its a Toyota issue and it cant be fixed. He states that apple car play only works with his iPhone 11 and not multiple other phones tried. He refused to attempt to solve the issue and deferred to tell us to call Toyota customer service. When we did so, we needed a TAS number that he did not provide and then made me wait 40 minutes on the phone with him to finally get. By far the worst experience.
