paid $198 for alignment, wheel balance, rotation. Wheel vibration at high (65-70mph)speed caused me to bring it back. Toyota performed a wheel balance, that apparently they did not do the first time. Had it been done the 1st time, the old stick on weight area would have some road dirt on it.

They installed new brakes on my 2016 Toyota Tundra in October, 2020, my brakes have been squeaking since then, the breaks would squeak whenever the weather is cold and the truck had been parked for a couple of hours. The hook did not closed. The tires pressure were not checked. The error message is still showing after service. I need to go back to see they can make it right but am too busy at this time. Probably will have to stop by Discount tires or other places to check. I only took my car there to keep the warranty otherwise no way.

Routine maintenance but when I picked up the car, the tire warning light was on. Tech rotated my tires but did not balance or filled air correctly. When I got home, the tire pressures were all over the place with 38, 35, 35.5 & 30. They were supposed to be 33psi. Don't know what they actually did with this routine maintenance but car is only 2 years old and service manager was upselling some services that I don't need. Anyway, had to run to Costco to put air in. Just won't be back to this location for any maintenance again.
