i call to see if my car was ready, and they told me that my car was not there, and said that i never brought it in. after a while someone called me back that it was a misunderstanding. they were very rude. i bought several Vehicules from them in the pass, and every time that i take my car to get service, i'm the one that has to call if it's ready.

Point infections promised never happen, what I told the service guy what he recommended. Plus the filter were just replaced in January but they said needed to be replaced. When you come in for oil changed always a wash to get extra money. Filters changed had extra labor charge, that was wrong.

vandergriff rotated my tires and perform four wheel alignment and the outcome is they did not balance my tires because my steering wheel is shaking every time I increase my speed.

I have not even gotten an update on my parts that were ordered when I brought my vehicle in. I text about a month ago and was told part would be in next Tuesday which is now going on another month. I have not heard from anyone! Called manager left voicemail. This is not the first time this is happening which you would think they would do a better job but still nothing!

Technicians left oil all over vehicle and did not clean up. I had to return to dealership to ensure it was not a leak. Upon follow up visit it was found that no leak was present and the mess was due to sloppy work. When my vehicle was returned the mess was still not cleaned correctly. Skid play bolt had to be righted by myself at home as tech also left one loose after follow up visit.
