job was done and Ryan, my service rep. is great! However, a defective part was installed that resulted in a large oil spill on my garage floor!! This was a poor job by the tech. Now I have a huge oil stain on my garage floor. Ryan P. made sure that the part was replaced and car cleaned, but damage was done.

The service was ok. The car is fixed and that is why I was there. But I was not happy about the surprise when paying. Yes they had given me the cost in advance but did not tell me that they now add a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. There was a sign on the back of the monitor when you go to pay. This is not the way to do this! It's not that it was a lot but it was the principal of the thing. They may as well ask for a Tip! I will find a different shop in the future!.
The service prices are much higher here.
length of time was too long good communication
The cover for my positive battery terminal was left off also the vacuum hose to my air cleaner was disconnected I'm assuming while they were doing their "multi point inspection causing my check engine light to come on
I WILL NEVER GO BACK. My initial deal with them in 2024 was fine. I got a call to refinance, but decided to trade my car instead. I traded for a 2021 Tesla and put a deposit down. I get a text a few days later to call the bank to complete the interview to fund the deal. By that time, I was unhappy with the vehicle and decided I did not want it, so I DID NOT complete the interview. Sales great! Financial person bad! financial director bad
Either caused further damage after a tire change from pothole (admitted a piece of rod they installed was missing the next day when I heard a loud bang, rushing and damage to 3 tires), or did not complete the 21 point inspection like they documented and sent to me, and they put me back on the road with extensive damage. Looked at me like I was crazy several times because no damage they could see caused the violent bang etc the next day.
