Comfort Level I have bought at least a couple of vehicles from this dealership. I prefer to deal with someone I feel comfortable with when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Maybe I'm selfish, but I prefer to only deal with Ryan Parker because I know he knows what he is doing, and is the most knowledgeable of the service advisers. I know if I am working with him, he is going to take care of me.
Customer service A+ Glenn Byrd worked very hard on getting the truck that I wanted. I was in a lease with my other truck not knowing that the lease was very misleading. Glenn Byrd showed me several options to help me to get where I needed to be. He left no stone unturned and kept on digging into options. Customer Focussed It was all about us, the customer. Our every request was considered and most of the time met. Marcel Leyva, Sales, worked continuously to meet our needs. He called us several times since the purchase to make sure everything was working and answering our questions.

2017 Tundra Purchase Drove 200 miles from out of town to purchase a 2017 Tundra Limited from Karen Hurtado, Saturday @ 7pm. She stayed late, on her own time, to make sure we were satisfied.
