Ever time a bring my Rave 4 in for OIL change . I have had no problems with the Vandergriff Toyota dealer ship at all .Allway very nice people in the dealer place inArlington,tx.. I have no problems at all with my service at all .Thay allways are very nice to me and other people. There was a older Lady whating for her care to be ready .Walk up to her instead of calling out her name & even cared her purse for her because she had to carey her oxgine bottle with her pluss her walking cane to .I thought that was very nice of him... read more
Buying another car I would like to recommend your salesman, Marcel Leyva to upper management for the present manner in which he conducted himself. Marcel did not pressure my wife and me to buy any particular car but was able to provide me a background on each vehicle without referring to his computer.
