too long of a wait for work performed. I having made an appointment, I had to wait almost three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation which is entirely too long.
Repair service I had front and rear brake service for my 2012 Tundra truck. Service adviser Ryan Parker gave me an excellent advise while the brake repair working.

Kirby was AWESOME Kirby Jackson worked with us two different days to make sure we were satisfied. We actually bought the wrong truck (our fault,not Kirby's) and needed to upgrade to a larger motor, and Kirby and the whole finance team worked to make it happen. Our whole family are long time Vandergriff customers for a reason-I've never had better customer service.
