Great! Excellent customer service received by service advisor. I was not happy about having to pay almost $300 for a new battery for a car that is barely 2 years old.

Costumer Service is Great. They really treat you like family, and waiting time for the service on your vehicle is not long, the longest time I had waited at the dealership was 45 minutes.

This dealership is always good. Been going there for yrs. The only complaint I have is when I got it aligned, they didn't rotate my tires. This last appointment they said all good. Now my maintenance due. So I was a bit frustrated because now I have to take it back for an oil change.

Multi-point inspection was completed. I regularly maintenance my vehicle and do any recommendations that are needed or required. Upon arrival home a few things seemed off and it was fixed free of charge. I recommend Vandergriff Toyota of Arlington to anyone needing to have their vehicle inspected and worked on.
