2014 Sienna My service rep Luis Viloria knew that the 2014 Sienna's had a recall on them. He immediately ordered the part and let me know as soon as it came in. Excellent I went in for a recall service and Ryan was wonderful. He made sure my parts were ordered and I was taken home and picked up when the car was ready. My car is driving better and the customer service was excellent.

Awesome customer service from awesome people! This is my first Toyota. I am highly impressed with the quality of the vehicle it's self and the service I have been provided during my routine maintenance. Efrain in the service department is awesome! He made sure all my requests were met, and did it with a huge smile and a sense of urgency. My experience couldn't have been any better.
