RYAN PARKER AND SERVICE APPOINTMENT I had called Ryan on Tuesday requesting an early Wednesday appointment for my schedule maintenance. Ryan indicated it would be fine. I arrived a little late to be met by a waiting room full of customers. Thinking I would be at least 2 hours waiting, Ryan assured me that my vehicle would be serviced soon. Lengthy wait time; minimal service. I was pleased to be able to get our new Highlander in for its six month check the afternoon of the morning I called. I delivered the car at the exact appointment time. I was asked if I wanted a complementary car wash, to which I responded "sure". The car had been garaged and only driven 1520 miles, so the check-up was not extensive. I was told it would be ready in about an hour, maybe an hour and fifteen minutes. Just a oil change and rotation as always , But... I come to Vandergriff for service on my Toyota because I feel comfortable in the customer service and work performed. This time there was a question on a service performed in the past and Luis cleared up the question and checked to make sure I was up to date on everything required. When trying to maintain a vehicle several years old it is critical to keep he maintenance up on it. Good job Luis!
Great customer service Everyone at Vandergriff Toyota was great. Kirby was especially great by really listening to what exactly it was I was looking for in a vehicle and gave detailed explanations on each vehicle that he brought out to show me.
