We called in the morning to set up a test drive. The guy that answered was Nasir and he told us we'd be meeting with him. We made it clear we weren't going to buy today, but wanted to narrow down our choice and such. He said okay, and we met later. Came in to trade a car. Was told I qualified, and they baited me to come in to trade in my car. They tried putting me in a 4 year old car just to save $50 bucks. Mauricio was very unprofessional towards the end and started harassing the guests with me to “co sign” and if they didn’t, they didn’t “love me”. Was rather embarrassing and so unprofessional. Will not be doing business here again.
The part for my 2022 Tundra have been on order for over 1 year. Brand new truck never have worked correctly. Dealer never call with any updates. Every time I am there for service they blame Toyota. However, Toyota is still making new trucks and my truck use the same parts. If it was one of Vandergriff family members it would have been fixed by now.
Bought a sequioa 2023 and has mas issues including infotainment and warranties not issued - called many times including trying to reach the GM and no reaponse. Never buy from them again they dont really care once rhe sale is done.
I bought a Jeep in June. When I drive off the lot my abs & traction control light came on. Called my salesman right away. He said we will take care of it. Made multiple attempts to get the Jeep back to the dealership. My salesman is no longer there. They will not honor the repair. I’ve tried to contact the GM for service & GM for used cars. Neither have returned my call. I’ve taken the Jeep to another mechanic, and have now been told my drive shaft & left tie Rod is going out. Horrible service department…always finding bogus stuff to charge you for…Then they don’t even fix the problem…Horrible!!!
Was duped into coming in by the sales man Favour saying the car I wanted would be in stock this week, I should come run the numbers because it will be sold before it hits the lot. When I get there it's not even the color or opinions I asked for... But I thought let's run the numbers if it's a good deal maybe it's worth it. They proceed to value my trade at 8k less than previous offers and low trade blue book value. Bad service department , when for oil change , rotate and car wash for the car only have 5000 miles , and diust over the car from parking over a month in drive way , confront service men what i need to do with the car . Drop car off for 2 hours , miss call from him , call back no answer , and no return my call , then come pick up the car , so dirty not wash , so mad , retext him ask why , didnt heard nothing .... like they don't care .
My car wasn't starting so I took it here. Normally the dealer is the best place to take it and when I lived in Michigan they were great at the dealership. I also traveled in valdosta ga and they too took great care so when i went to get my car done at this place i was shocked at how they handled me and my car.
