Great job, Matt Hagee! Matt Hagee did an excellent job and the warranty work was done in a timely manner as promised. I will definitely recommend Vandergriff Toyota & Matt Hagee as a service advisor!

Timely Oil Change Debra Ryno was my service manager, she told me it would be about 2 hours and it only took an hour. I know how this sounds and believe me i know it could be longer. However Toyota is the place to have your Toyota vehicle serviced correctly. That is why it is so busy on Saturday mornings. Debra knew why I was there without me explaining. She was very aware and it will be a pleasure to go back to see Debra for my next service. Thank you

Super Job! I had to come in for a recall. The guys at Vandergriff went above and beyond get the repairs done thoroughly. They had me back in my car with no worries. I felt like they truly listened to my concerns and understood me. I'll definitely go back when needed.

Thanks for caring! Mike Martinez was absolutely amazing! After receiving erroneous information from another dealership, and then being forced to drive over an hour away to Vandergriff, Mike greeted me with a smile and I explained my situation and Mike said let me look into it. Turns out I was correct and my drive was unnecessary. Mike apologized profusely for the other dealership's mistake and assured me they would take care of me, which they absolutely did! Mike is top notch Vandergriff!

Outstanding! I recently purchased a RAV4 for my daughter. My salesman, Glenn Byrd, treated me more like a friend than a customer. The whole process was quick and enjoyable. The sales manager, Chris, and the finance manager, Tom, were both very helpful and friendly during the short time I was there. Thanks to the team at Vandergriff Toyota.
