Very honest dealership. Responded right away. They told me the truck did not pass inspection so they were not going to sell it.

Contacted within minutes of inquiring about the car. High pressure sales. Came in with my own financing and was told if I wanted to leave with the car same day, I'd have to fill out a credit app. They did beat my financing, but didn't appreciate the sales tactic. More high pressure when dealing with financing, car is still under factory warranty but they still used several guys to try to get me to purchase their warranty. Provided fair price for trade in. Good service
I told them what I wanted, and what I had for down payment. I also told them in the finance office that I did not want extras just the car . I had no trouble with finance as we have excellent credit rating. I financed through toyota finance and had no problems. Jim Wesbrooks was my sales person and he was very good and very friendly.
Top notch service from the time I called to ask if the vehicle was still available. When I arrived to purchase my daughter's first car the rep Michael Lee was waiting with open arms even though it wasn't his sale. He was very pleasant. Michael Hernandez was the icing on the cake. He listened to my request and there was no pressure. I bought the car and my daughter was extremely happy!!
