Excellent Service In A Timely Manner I'm very pleased with the service I received from my service advisor Michael Bugarin. He explained what was being done to my car, and again after the service was completed. Hopefully he will be there in the Service Department for my next visit.

Luis Viloria Best Service Rep Luis Viloria is the "Best" Service Rep that you could ask for. He has gone the extra mile with us to take care of our Sienna and to make sure all problems are resolved. He also informed us of some recalls on our 2014 Sienna, ordered the parts and will let us know when the parts come in. We are very please with Luis.

Recall Repair The service team got the part in the time promised and quickly contacted me to make an appointment that fit my schedule. The repair was made on time--again, as promised. I had a followup question which was responded to immediately. Overall, a great team to work with!

Jeff Yoon was great. Jeff was so kind and helpful. He never made me feel pressured to buy. He even offered to drive my old car home for me. Great guy. You should make an appointment to see him if you want to good car buying experience.
