Luis Viloria Best Service Rep Luis Viloria is the "Best" Service Rep that you could ask for. He has gone the extra mile with us to take care of our Sienna and to make sure all problems are resolved. He also informed us of some recalls on our 2014 Sienna, ordered the parts and will let us know when the parts come in. We are very please with Luis.

Recall Repair The service team got the part in the time promised and quickly contacted me to make an appointment that fit my schedule. The repair was made on time--again, as promised. I had a followup question which was responded to immediately. Overall, a great team to work with!

Jeff Yoon was great. Jeff was so kind and helpful. He never made me feel pressured to buy. He even offered to drive my old car home for me. Great guy. You should make an appointment to see him if you want to good car buying experience.

SUPER SERVICE Service agent Minh Kelley was fast, professional and thorough. Routine service was performed within an hour - very important as had medical appt for my wife early that day - Also Ms Kelley took time to go over indicators of future maintenance needs and give estimates of how soon those items needed to be resolved. Vandergriff is always reliable; they also took care of my 57 Chevy Bellaire back in the day. (Wish now I'd never sold that car.) Gladdens my old bones to know some things do not change.
