Ryan really took care of me. Ryan took really good care of me. I needed a significant amount of work done and they finished in 1 day and per the price quoted on the phone. He was very honest about the extent of repairs needed.

Top Notch! I recently took my Toyota 4Runner in for regular maintenance to Vandergriff Toyota on a busy Thursday afternoon. I had made an appointment with my service advisor, Debra Ryno, who turned the service order in quickly and got everything started. In spite of the heavy workload, they were able to service my vehicle and it was out in less time than Debra had estimated. I appreciate Debra's professionalism and courtesy -- Vandergriff Toyota's service department is top notch!

"Honest Service" I always service my old Toyota at Vandergriff and usually get Ryan who takes extra care with my old car and gives me an honest service game plan of what actually needs service with no salesman up sells,which I really appreciate.

Safety Recall Repairs (3) on a 2010 Rav4 My service advisor was Efrain Rodriguez, very pleasant man. We bought the Rav new at Vandergriff. I was pleased to see our saleperson, John Gollie is still there. I like this dealership, though others are closer. They offer an extended warranty for free, which I never expected to use and didn't need. That's why we were buying a Toyota. The distance became an issue for this service. Service is key! My experience here was great. I will be coming back for my next service! Michael Bugarin was my service advisor and he was very helpful, updated me on my car and told me what would be done to it. Even though this place gets super packed everyone is still very helpful and kind.

Excellent Service In A Timely Manner I'm very pleased with the service I received from my service advisor Michael Bugarin. He explained what was being done to my car, and again after the service was completed. Hopefully he will be there in the Service Department for my next visit.
