20,000 miles service Jonathon Cortez was our service manger. He was great, friendly and very courteous. We had made a service appointment prior to going. We was in and out in about 1.5 hours.

oil change, chech fluids, tire lotation and inspec the sales man was at the point. He did what i asked him to do. He asked me to wait for one hour. I exactly got my car in one hour.

replacement of window seal we had our 2012 Camry in for replacement of the drivers side weatherstriping around the drivers window. Mr Martinez was excellent . He noted the damage to the seal around the window and stated he would pay for the labor if we would buy the parts. A great deal. I had already been to a collision center to get another estimate and Vandergriff's estimate was less then half the other estimate. We appreciate the great service we always get at your dealership and will definitely purchase from you again.

Great Service! The car buying experience was great at Vandergriff. I worked with a gentleman named Victor Rodriguez. He helped me narrow down a quote for my trade-in, and worked with me for a fair price for the car I was purchasing. I drove from Houston to Dallas to purchase the vehicle and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was handled smoothly and I was out of the dealership with my new car as quickly as a car buying process can take. I would definitely work with Vandergriff again for future car purchases.

Royal treatment Over the last year, had my car serviced 4 times. Upon arriving, Luis remembered who I was, which I think is very impressive. He knew exactly what I was there for, but asked if there were any other issues. There was, and he took care it. Very courteous and well-mannered, and most importantly....gets the job done!

AC not cooling As always, Ryan Parker listened to my problem including some background history and took action to initiate the repair. He came to me in the lounge and told me what the problem with the AC was and quoted a price for repair. He also said a part was needed which was not stocked and he could get the part and complete the repair the following day. He offered a ride home or free rental car.
