This dealership gets a "C". They will do most anything to make a sale, but once they have sold you a car, everything becomes average.

Not sure what is going on at this dealership but I inquired about the availability of a vehicle and while yes the salesman did send specs on the vehicle he never would respond to if the vehicle was actually on the lot to purchase. After waiting for two days for a response I used another dealership locally.
Horrible experience, spoke with rep and made deal, after driving for 2 hours to pick up the car and finish paperwork I was told they sold it while I was waiting in the waiting room and told by the manager it was business as they offered more money. Absolutely ridiculous! Careful dealing here!!!
Not very good at all. All of the sales folk were hovering like vultures on the front steps. One individual was absolutely rude. I was to meet with the salesperson Nick at 5:30pm. I waited 15 min with a no show. I left and will not go back.
I’ve seen several reviews about this and looks like I wasn’t alone with my experience. They will add a “reconditioning fee” of about $5K which will make the vehicle way over priced. They will not give you the out the door price unless you visit the dealership at which point they will add that “fee” that includes things like Tires?? Please don’t waste your time with this dealership like I did.
Called before we left to make sure the vehicle was still available. Drove 45 minutes, only to be told there was a problem with the vehicle and it was no longer available. Checked later and it was still listed on the web site. What’s going on there?

Worst customer service!!! Put a deposit (Guaranteed to hold ) on the vehicle I wanted to purchase since I was driving in from Lubbock. The vehicle was sold from under me the day before my appointment. They never bothered to call to let me know. I guess they figured since I was already there, that I would just buy another similar vehicle. I will never recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends.
