Vandergriff Toyota. Great dealership and staff I recently purchased a new Toyota Camry from John Gollie. John is very easy going and knowledgeable. He is not the high pressure type. I am very pleased with Vandergriff Toyota and John Gollie. Also, I am very impressed with the staff and management of Vandergriff Toyota overall. I highly recommend Vandergriff Toyota. I'm really enjoying my new Toyota!

Customer service can be spotty I have had several bad experiences at this dealership; as well as good. We had an issue in the summer where the lift gate on my Sienna would not stay latched so we brought it right in. In the process of them fixing it they made a huge hole in the back lift gate and didn't bother to tell me. I noticed after I had left and was driving down the road. I quickly returned to be accused of doing the damage myself. The service guy finally agreed that the damage was done at the dealership and agreed to ... read more

Choose the right service adviser. It all depends upon having the right service adviser. Floyd Gray was terrific. He offered me his card, he apologized for the inconvenience, the job was done when he said it would be done, and he checked the work personally. My previous service adviser (Nancy) did not offer me a card (and none were on display), offered no apologies for Toyota causing me to bring in my Camry for a visor replacement, took an hour longer than predicted, did not check the work (which was performed incorrectly, ca... read more

Average service Called and made appointment for a Saturday to have several things done to my Tacoma. When i arrived that morning i was told that the front end issue i was having was not normally done on Saturday due to short staffing. All they could do was a visual inspection. Maybe test drive it. I told the service advisor that 2as not whst i was told when I made the appointment. I made it clear i needed to be in truck when it was driven to point out the issues. place and sales was GREAT! I arrived to purchase my first car and James greeted me and my family and printed the paperwork of my requests and had the car already for the test drive. it was a wonderful first car buying experience and I totally recommend vandergriff toyota and James Gaspard.
