Bait and switch then Price gauging Was duped into coming in by the sales man Favour saying the car I wanted would be in stock this week, I should come run the numbers because it will be sold before it hits the lot. When I get there it's not even the color or opinions I asked for... But I thought let's run the numbers if it's a good deal maybe it's worth it. ABSOLUTELY the worst!! Absolutely a waste of time!! Talked to them about the truck, set the deal and they sent buyers order to my bank. Bank sent them the drafting instructions. So you would think the deals done “WRONG “!! I explained to them I work and I am all over and I would come get the truck at my earliest convenience. Not an Internet Sales Dealership Dealership would not provide requested information via email for a vehicle advertised on the Cars.com web sites. Just requests to call the dealership and the proverbial invite to stop in for a test drive. I do not want to talk with a sales representative until information requested for a vehicle is provided in order to determine if it has the options I want and whether the price is reasonable. 2d Rate Dealership Was contacted by Jay Siwan who insisted that I set up an appointment to come in and see him about a 2017 Nissan Frontier pick up truck. Set the date and time, but when I arrived Jay was no where to be found. Met with Nasir Hussain who was very pushy and could not provide truck to test drive as coordinated for nor explain items on the Carmax report for the vehicle. Unprofessional business Worst car shopping experience! This place is highly unprofessional. A car was bought from them and a week later they called back stating they wnated us to put more money down or they wanted the vehicle back. The finance department is unprofessional, has very bad costumer service skills, and overall do not know how to do their job. What professional establishment asks to get a vehicle a week after finalizing a deal? Stat away is my advise.

Scammers Worst place to buy a used car. Scamming you that they put $2000 dollars into a used car that has no carpets or scratches up window tints. Even the financial depart will scam you for more money. Buyers beware. Even the sales manager Robert will make excuses and wont even give you a second key.
