I 100% regret my purchase. The finance team lied through their teeth and used high pressure sales tactics to seek an over priced car warranty. There is a reason they don’t give you time to read the warranty. Brian Sharp circled a paragraph on all the things it did not cover. This was a lie because the paragraph below it lists more things it doesn’t cover. Very sleezy business tactics. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Juke. I took the vehicle to have it inspected and an exhaust issue was identified. The service department "fixed" it by attaching an aftermarket exhaust pinned it (should have been floating) to the flange on the original exhaust. This caused the exhaust pipe to break and $2500 worth of repair work at the Nissan Dealership.

Wasn't sure which salesman I was working with and seemed to have lots of miscommunication. I was very clear with the salesman and finance department I had own financing and to not run my credit, but on my way to pick up vehicle they ran my credit anyways 4 times (again, I had my own financing) and assured me they would take care of it and dispute them after I asked about it, fast forward a month later and they say there is nothing they can do and they "thought they had authorization".
