Worst place I've ever lived n my life if your looking for a place to live go somewhere else you'll regret real fast for renting from this property management my ceiling fell in 3 big azz holes n my roof so when it rained in rained inside the house they wouldnt fix anything got the city and legal aid, then they started adding all of these extra charges and i got evicted
I am a neighbor of a vinebrook home, their current tenants have been a nuisance in our community they have threatened the lives of neighbors, vandalized neighbors homes, and vandalized neighbors cars but vinebrook homes does nothing about it. If you complain to the Prosecutor's office they will hold them accountable! I'm going on my next day off! People with maintenance issues take your rent to the court house! They will hold them accountable!
This is a terrible company! And unfortunately I’m stuck with them for another year! They don’t allow you to pay your own water bill! But when you pay your water bill through the rent portal they don’t do their part and pay the actual water people! So I had a problem with my water being off because vinebrook don’t pay their bills on time! Customer service is rude and no nothing about your account because they are a 3rd party themselves! My son and I rent from this company and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get maintenance actually done, properly. The house we reside in desperately needs new siding as panels are falling apart, the gutter and downspouts are falling off and the trim is rotting and falling apart as well. The roof is in total disrepair and all they do is put tar on spots that need replaced. The top of the frame of the garage door is sagging and I fear it will soon fall down. You cannot get ahold of anyone for any issues , they state they will call within 48 hours and never do. Cannot email or speak with an actual worker just a call center.
