Vinebrook is highly lacking with resolving & repairing major maintenance issues on the homes they own. I’ve had ongoing roof leaks for 4yrs now. So much so that I literally get five roofing companies per season leaving me flyers on my door or in my mailbox for roof replacement. With storms and high winds over the last four years, there are over 300 missing shingles off of my roof causing the leaks. We like the neighborhood that we live in very much however Vinebrook Homes has raised our rent about $400 per month since we moved in. We also have a very difficult time with their maintenance department. We often have to have them back out multiple times for the same issue, and ultimately have to end up using our own money to remedy issues that they are unable to fix. Vinebrook is by far the BEST!!! The website is super is to maneuver. You can filter your search and find the perfect home in minutes. Then the move in process is very quick.
Love living in the home. The worst part is if something goes wrong. There is no way to get a hold of anyone. I've called and left several messages with their call service, and all go unanswered. Several emails all go unanswered. The property manager Mariah was nothing but helpful getting moved in, but disappears after you sign the lease. I would stay for a while, but I can't wait for the lease to be over. They do not care about the people who live in their homes.
