My mother passed I contacted them and let them know my mother passed away and I was going to be late paying my rent because I was dealing with the loss of my mother but I would be making a payment asap and mind you that was the only payment I owed they told me sorry for your loss and sent me a notice to leave they really don't give a s*** about you as a tenant

This is one of the worst rental companies I have ever rented from been over a week and still no heat needs a new furnace they said today there's no timeline and it's 15° outside been dealing with this off and on all winter

they really just dont give a **** about the people who rent patch jobs rotten floors only fix things that are considered "emergency" my galvanized pipes in my house that can lead to sickness are not "emergency"

They are horrible I’ve made reports about the mold in my home & the increase in my rent along with assistance with rent all with no resolution. And today I was told they were filing for eviction.

VineBrooks Omaha is not good at all. Been here almost 5 years and they barely want to help with maintenance issues. We moved in the week of Christmas five years ago and the water heater went out and it took them a week to fix it and I said earlier I’m in Omaha, and it was below freezing. Now it’s a new property manager and I’m over standing that they are discriminating on me and my roommate. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! They charge late fees after you paid the rent. They don’t fix anything. I’ve been without a window for a week now and it’s winter time! The manager didn’t seem to care about the maintenance, only payment issues. I had to call Public works to even get someone to back me up.

They are rude people and they charge me an application fee and I on section 8 they basically said we don't care if your on section 8 your not going to rent a property from us ,I told her my voucher is close to expire and she basically said I don't care these are our rules.

They are crooks. All they want is money. They don't try to work with you when a there is a hardship. They will evict you. If you late and it go over the 5th 350 charge for eviction. You never went to court they never filed. They just tack what ever they want onto to ledger. Then be ready to throw you out if you don't pay. The are scammers. I wish I had read all reviews before I dealt with this company. They go up every year on rent.
