Huntsville al They have a wonderful maintenance department Johnathan is on top of every issue. He is a pleasure to work with and very efficient. Today I had to call the call center and Robin was also great so pleasant. I am very pleased with vinebrook on Huntsville al. Marsha T***** resident
I want to give props to the Cincinnati maintenance team. My heat was out during this current cold snap we are having. I had Duke Energy check the pilot light and that was not the issue. I put in a maintenance request around 3 am on 11/13/2022. Someone from the maintenance department was already at my home early this morning and the heat is now working. My grandchildren and I thank you very much for the quick response time!!!

AWFUL probably the worst landlords I have ever dealt with
Given the fact that we were unable to get a call back to even view a property and every time we called the main number for vinebrook homes, We got nowhere so we decided to look at reviews online. Given the horrific reviews of this company covering everything from mold to dozens of maintenance requests with no response, I think we will pass. FYI this place owns tens of thousands of properties across 20 states so beware.
By far the worst place to ever rent from to the extra chargers every month to not wanting to fix anything
I’m currently living in Vinebrook home Huber Heights oh, it’s horror Condo, I sent a request for maintenance more than 10 times, Imoved in this home from June 2025, I sent requested more than 10 times , only maintenance showed up 2 times, other times they never showed up and still said they fixed it and never showed up! My biggest concern is Smoke ?? of cigarettes and weed coming in my home through the Vents, when I turn on the air conditioner, and the door it doesn’t have a rubber seal it’s has space the outside air it’s co... read more

I rent from then late on rent they locked my portal to pay rent so now it’s the weekend and they are going to add more late fees never comes out for maintenance calls sick of them and will be seeking court here soon

This rental agency gets no stars. I have been living here for three years, and they go up on my rent every year. They never come out and fix anything. I have a central air unit that I cannot use because they never fixed it. We recently had a flood, and it has been a month since they did not come to remove the water, nor have they fixed the leaky roof. This is a true definition of a slum-lord.
