Problems with Product/Service I have been a resident of Vinebrook Homes since November 2021. I have heard a lot of negative complaints about Vinebrook, but I am someone who gives everyone a chance. Moving into their property was smooth and the staff was nice, but when things needed to be fixed is when the customer service and follow-up failed. Billing/Collection Issues I moved out of a Vine brook property on September 30,2022 .In October 14,2033 I was contacted by an employee about a key. I immediately called her and explained what I did with the key . After that date I have not been updated or anything from anyone from the company. I kept emailing the employee even tried calling her and I would get no response. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook took over propert management 3 yrs ago. Since that time.i have not received a copy of my water bill or sewage bill. Also they suddenly started charging me for trash ,when for the first 5+ years I've lived in my home I've never had to pay. I was triple charged for a water bill in yhe amount of 900 dollars. Problems with Product/Service I have been putting in request to have my heating system fixed by this company. My pilot is not working, i dont have any hot water and my heat will not come on. It is cold outside and i have 3 small children who have been sick due to not being able to take a proper bath or having a comfortable heated home for the winter. They have sent out 2 maintenance men and the and neither of them have fixed the problem.

Problems with Product/Service Wednesday, November 16, 2022 I came home from work to see my front yard flooded. Problems with Product/Service My property was taken over by Vinebrook 9-1-2022. I was asked to fill out a link to get to know me better. In which I have done. No response to this application. I was then asked in November to have my utilities switched in my name. I started this process immediately.Entergy placed my order on hold and stated I need a permit.
