Problems with Product/Service I have been putting in request to have my heating system fixed by this company. My pilot is not working, i dont have any hot water and my heat will not come on. It is cold outside and i have 3 small children who have been sick due to not being able to take a proper bath or having a comfortable heated home for the winter. They have sent out 2 maintenance men and the and neither of them have fixed the problem.

Problems with Product/Service I moved into this property in the beginning of the year, and I haven’t received a water bill except once since I been here. Mind you it’s been over 6months no water bill except that 1 time. I been asking numerous times why I haven’t been receiving any other water bills and they say they would have the property manager Brittany contact me and I haven’t heard from anyone yet. Problems with Product/Service Wednesday, November 16, 2022 I came home from work to see my front yard flooded. I walk in the house Going straight to the basement to check to see if the flood is down there because every time it rains my basement floods and it has been for the last three years. Problems with Product/Service My property was taken over by Vinebrook 9-1-2022. I was asked to fill out a link to get to know me better. In which I have done. No response to this application. I was then asked in November to have my utilities switched in my name. I started this process immediately.Entergy placed my order on hold and stated I need a permit. Billing/Collection Issues i moved out and the final statement is full of lies. i have pics of everything. i know they are crooked so that's why i took the pics, and I've complained about their ways to you already several times. they charged me with cleaning the carpet, isn't that normal use, they charged me for stove drip pans- I REPLACED THEM! with new ones, why is that on the list? cleaning- i had the house cleaned before I left! from the fridge to the toilet is was clean, including the basement. someome has to do somethin... read more

Billing/Collection Issues I rent a property that vinebrook just bought from my previous rental company Conrex. I have lived here for over a year and due to the change in our online portal, I have been unable to make my rent payment. I have made multiple phone calls multiple emails to no avail. Problems with Product/Service I’ve tried to get my heat fixed for 3days from 11/14/22 and still no response I have three children who are freezing and they have done nothing to fix no info and I will be taking legal action cause this is not okay.

Billing/Collection Issues I am being charged a $45 NSF fee for rent when it was paid in full on November 4th manually in the portal. I updated my auto pay date to the 3rd of Nov on Oct 31st and then canceled it so I can pay manually. I contacted vinebrooks about this issue and explained that it was trying to double charge me, but they still want $45. I don't feel this is right when rent was paid in full.
