Billing/Collection Issues I ledger was charged twice for my sewer bill for the month of October. I have been calling for a week only to discover that they have started using an answering service during business hours and you can not speak to an agent only to leave a message. Billing/Collection Issues This issue is in regards to my rental portal being incorrect with incorrect fees. The portal will NOT! allow you to pay what’s the corrected amount I’ve tried reached out to Vinebrookhomes thru email because that’s all you can do! you can’t never get to speak to nobody, no one ever returned your phone. call I’ve been going through this with them for several weeks with them, now in my portal my incorrect fees shows 1140 some dollars with some cents. Problems with Product/Service My mother, sister, and I moved into our VB home on March 15th. It was late so I was not able to do a proper walk through until the next day, but once I did I instantly noticed how dusty the the floors and blinds looked. I was told by my leasing agent that the house would be cleaned prior to moving in which was very important to me because my mother is a kidney transplant recipient and cleanliness is her livelihood since she has the immune system of a toddler. Problems with Product/Service My family and I have lived in a VineBrook rental home for three years now. It has been an absolute nightmare from the start. We have four pillars outside of our home that hold up the porch roof. Two of those pillars have fallen. I have pictures. These pillars are at least 14 feet and have to weigh thousands of pounds. Problems with Product/Service I rented from Vinebrook Homes for approx 2 years. I was never late on rent I paid deposit in full. I had numerous unanswered work orders Holes in the ceiling, mold , mildew, water leaks (up until moving) I moved out 2/28/2022 I gave notice Feb 1 of my move for 3/1/2022! Problems with Product/Service In April of 2022, Vinebrook homes paid my water will that was outstanding which I asked them not to pay because it was being paid already from a assistance program from covid. Vinebrook still paid the bill which gave me a credit on my water account, I didn’t receive a bill from April-August due to the credit on my account. Billing/Collection Issues I would not recommend VINEBROOK homes to any one. Please keep your hard earned money from those slum landlords. They are money hungry and do not care about there tenants . Problems with Product/Service I’m a service member in the United States Army and I received PCS orders to proceed to the next military installation. I gave Vinebrook 60 days notice on June 28, 2022 , a copy of my PCS orders, and followed all of there move out instructions to standard. I received a confirmation email that move out date of 1 September 2022 was accepted. Billing/Collection Issues I am currently a active duty member and moved out of VineBrook homes property, I only lived there for 7 months and had to move due to military orders. 1 month after moving, they sent a letter stating move out expenses of which most of those were cover up from this rental property, nevertheless, upon move out me and two other people spent two day basically cleaning this house from top to bottom and also did a video just for this purpose.
