Billing/Collection Issues I gave Vinebrook a 30 day notice to leave the premises by 02/05 I left 01/13 took utilities out 01/18. They are still charging for the last month plus for stuff that was messed up when I moved in. I have records of me reaching out for a check list to report the things but the person never responded. They are also charging me carpet cleaning and things like that when I know for sure the carpet was not dirty. I have a full video of me leaving the house. Problems with Product/Service I just recently started renting a home from vinebrook and didn't do my due diligence and read the reviews. The leasing agent told me that it was a quiet community and that only a single lady lived next door. Well it turns out that this single lady lets a bunch of felons live with her. They will be extremely loud until very late at night, and when I brought this up to management absolutely nothing was done about it, they didn't even make contact with the neighbor's. Problems with Product/Service This is the 3rd time they have not fixed broken items in the house. The first time was 8/1/22 when their tree branch came down and ripped the power box off the house. We did not have power for 4 days, until I contacted Code Enforcement, and they came and fixed the power box, and we were able to get power back. The next time was 2/10/23 that was a very cold week, and our heat went out in the house. Problems with Product/Service On 3/8 I had called Vinebrook to ask about removing my ex from the lease. The reason behind needing him removed from the lease was due to domestic violence issues and he was destroying my property. When I had asked about removing him I was told that he was the main leaseholder and there was no way they would be able to remove him, but he has the ability to remove me I was told. Billing/Collection Issues I was charged $100 for Exterior Not Maintained Windows/Light Fixtures & $100 for Gutter Cleaning but I was a renter not a home owner so why did I have to pay for the house up keep on the outside and was also charged $300 for cleaning when I cleaned before I moved out my main thing is the $200 charge

Billing/Collection Issues I am a former resident of Vinebrook Homes. My lease ended on Nov. 14, 2022. I paid my final ***** ******* **** water bill of $37.70 for the dates of (10/13/22-11/14/22) on Nov. 23, 2022. I received a ***** ******* **** water bill for the dates of (12/14/2022-1/17/2023) for $54.20 when I was not a resident. Problems with Product/Service We moved in on 2/04/2023. We have had multiply issues from; leaking sink (that they came out twice to fix), heat stopped working, Flooding in the basement is the next issue (this is our second time with this issue.) We are not able to get comfortable in our home due to the ongoing issues. Flooding can cause mildew and mold, we have small children in the home and those are things that are not acceptable. Problems with Product/Service I paid $925 deposit for **** ***** *** ********** ** ***** and they refunded me less than 500 for a security deposit although I have pictures showing the last condition of the home and outside prior to the end of my lease. All trash was taken out prior to the end of lease. I was not contacted towards the end of my lease or instructed to do certain move-out tasks until after my lease end date. I will be suing with Hamilton County for the full security deposit back.

Problems with Product/Service I was evicted, but was told I was able to return and get my possessions if I reached out to vinebrooks no one has return my calls. I purchase a lawyer to see if they would be willing to do a settlement of $2000.00 I was told my stuff would be turned over to a 3rd. I feeling I am being targeted. I even had a truck loading my possessions and need 30 more minutes to get the rest of my possessions. My daughter asthma medicine are locked in the house.
