Billing/Collection Issues I rent a property that vinebrook just bought from my previous rental company Conrex. I have lived here for over a year and due to the change in our online portal, I have been unable to make my rent payment. I have made multiple phone calls multiple emails to no avail. Problems with Product/Service I’ve tried to get my heat fixed for 3days from 11/14/22 and still no response I have three children who are freezing and they have done nothing to fix no info and I will be taking legal action cause this is not okay.

Billing/Collection Issues I am being charged a $45 NSF fee for rent when it was paid in full on November 4th manually in the portal. I updated my auto pay date to the 3rd of Nov on Oct 31st and then canceled it so I can pay manually. I contacted vinebrooks about this issue and explained that it was trying to double charge me, but they still want $45. I don't feel this is right when rent was paid in full. Problems with Product/Service It is so sad that a tree fell on my house in July of 2022 and there is mold growing inside my house. For one, it took 3 weeks to get a tree off my house the tree fell where my kids sleep. So when they finally got the tree off, it left 3 massive holes in my roof. Problems with Product/Service My name is ******* *** and I reside at **** ********* *** ********** ** *****. I have reside here since 2011. There has been many owners but VineBrook Home has by far been the worse SLUM LORDS EVER. Problems with Product/Service I am renting a property from Vinebrook Homes. My AC unit has been out for over a month. My mother has high blood pressure, and I have a 5 year old daughter who has been getting sick from the heat. I have been paying a friend to stay with them on hot days . They have sent three vendors out to the home who have all told them the same thing that the ac unit needs to be replaced. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook homes is a property management company that owns properties across the United states. They purchased the property that I rent last May from the previous owners who I initially signed my lease with. Problems with Product/Service I had a backed up toilet due to water pressure. The rental agreement states that any problems that can be handled by the resident should be don’t by the resident. I used a plugger to try unclog my toilet but all it did was increase the amount of water in my toilet. Problems with Product/Service My Childs ceiling haves water damage on it due to it raining and leaking in his room from the ceiling, this occurred on july 26,2022.i've called vinebrook homes several times to file an "work order" and its October but when i call to check the status on it,all i get is "were going to change the priority on it" or "i dont see an work order on file for it" and still nothing hasn't been done yet.
