Problems with Product/Service I leased house on Feb 2022 as the Primary Lease holder thru Conrex LLC, Vinebrook purchased their properties. Vinebrook never gave me a new lease. I gave notice at the correct time for a yr lease to move out Feb 2023, cleaned the house and moved out. Vinebrook did not include the 275.00 Residential Binder Fee deposit with the whole deposit. Problems with Product/Service Idk if you can help but we have been without heat in my home for the last week because there's a gas leak that vinebrookhomes can't seem the fix and citizens energy group refuse to turn back on the gas because it's still leaking heavily I have my kids to come to my house by court order and it's freezing in my home and I can't speak to anyone in the maintenance department and the answering service is taking terrible notes this is a terrible experience please help me no one is responding
Problems with Product/Service I am renting a home from Vinebrook. I have many issues and complaints about the house and worse are the people that work on the customer service side. Every time I have a maintenance man to come out they take pictures of the problem. They had a few maintenance men that were very nice and then they are gone. Billing/Collection Issues I gave Vinebrook a 30 day notice to leave the premises by 02/05 I left 01/13 took utilities out 01/18. They are still charging for the last month plus for stuff that was messed up when I moved in. I have records of me reaching out for a check list to report the things but the person never responded. Problems with Product/Service I just recently started renting a home from vinebrook and didn't do my due diligence and read the reviews. The leasing agent told me that it was a quiet community and that only a single lady lived next door. Well it turns out that this single lady lets a bunch of felons live with her. Problems with Product/Service This is the 3rd time they have not fixed broken items in the house. The first time was 8/1/22 when their tree branch came down and ripped the power box off the house. We did not have power for 4 days, until I contacted Code Enforcement, and they came and fixed the power box, and we were able to get power back. The next time was 2/10/23 that was a very cold week, and our heat went out in the house. Problems with Product/Service On 3/8 I had called Vinebrook to ask about removing my ex from the lease. The reason behind needing him removed from the lease was due to domestic violence issues and he was destroying my property. When I had asked about removing him I was told that he was the main leaseholder and there was no way they would be able to remove him, but he has the ability to remove me I was told. Billing/Collection Issues I was charged $100 for Exterior Not Maintained Windows/Light Fixtures & $100 for Gutter Cleaning but I was a renter not a home owner so why did I have to pay for the house up keep on the outside and was also charged $300 for cleaning when I cleaned before I moved out my main thing is the $200 charge

I paid my final ***** ******* **** water bill of $37.70 for the dates of (10/13/22-11/14/22) on Nov. 23, 2022. I received a ***** ******* **** water bill for the dates of (12/14/2022-1/17/2023) for $54.20 when I was not a resident.
