Problems with Product/Service It's been over a month since I've had air conditioning in my home. I have medical issues, including asthma, that prevent me from being able to live in my home. Billing/Collection Issues This Vinebrook company never answers the phone. I have written and called the people in charge who could help, and nobody writes back and nobody answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. I emailed about mold growing in our basement. The only response back was thanking me for the work order with a case number and no follow up. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook bought my home in August of 2019 I believe and since then its been nothing but a headache. You absolutely can NEVER reach anyone by phone when there's a discrepancy with your account that prohibits you from paying the amount you owe. You hardly ever get a response back through emails and this is very frustrating being a tenant who pays their rent on time every month. Billing/Collection Issues The home I rent from Vinebrook homes had a leak on 6/14/21. The leak was in the wall upstairs so it leaked down in between the floor upstairs and ceiling downstairs for 10 days before they fixed it 6/24/21. 10 days of water leaking through the up & down stairs. Since then has left my house unlivable and refuse to fix it. Billing/Collection Issues The worst move in experience ever. I moved in on 7/8 issues were addressed between me and the lessor and she said they would be taken care of that day and people were already scheduled to come out. She said someone will be there within an hour and no one ever showed. The lessor promised me that the front/side doors would be replaced since both frames are broken and doors will not close properly or secure shut. Problems with Product/Service I'm December 2020 This company brought the house I'm in. Every since then I have been having problems getting in contact with someone about problems and them not posting bills from the sewer company then adding it to my bill a couple of months later Iv been trying to getting someone on the phone to figure out what the problem is and no one is returning my calls and now they are trying to charge me late fees and I'm not paying it because they won't return calls
Problems with Product/Service My bathroom floods and there is a clog in the main line. I placed a work order at 9 on Saturday morning 7/3 and the problem is still an issue. Someone came out on 7/6 but couldn't resolve the issue and said he was escalating the issue. No one has contacted me regarding the issue. I can't bathe or run water without my bathroom leaking.
Problems with Product/Service I have made three attempts to contact Vinebrook about renewing my lease. The first time was in April and I received a reply that someone would be getting back with me shortly. The second time was at the beginning of June, and I received no reply.
