The dealer ordered my parts and gave me an appointment with 5 days, which was great. They were communicative, efficient, and the facility was clean.
Outstanding service. Went for oil change and It was completed within an hour. The waiting area was clean and everyone socially distanced and wore a mask.

My visit exceeded my expectations.We brought in one car for service and had asked in advance whether our second car could be serviced to follow. Volvo could not guarantee this as they were quite booked. Given the pandemic we did not want to wait in the waiting room which is why we chose this method. We were able to be accommodated and in a very timely fashion. It went like clockwork. I gash in the sidewall of my tire was found which could have been dangerous if it had not been.
