Everyone was helpful and professional even though there was some confusion regarding my situation. They made it up to me by giving me a very good deal on the parts I needed in the end.
Would not take my Fiat for service anywhere else on the Cape. Always Professional and efficient. Always willing to answer my questions. Convenient and courteous.
This was a very easy, straightforward and friendly experience. Made the reservation, showed up, the Volvo Rep showed where to get coffee and invited me to wait in a conference room so I could make some business calls and work on my laptop.
They were fantastic , I cannot say enough great things about Mike Mullen and the rest of the staff best and easiest car buying ever. They heard me, worked with me and no time felt pressured, I felt like i was dealing with a long known trusted friend
I dealt only with Andrea and she was terrific. She even fetched a jacket from my car when I got cold sitting outside. Love her.
Best buying experience I have had in a long, long time. Harold was helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He also delivered the car to my home so I could test drive it and it was an 1 1/2 hours away from the dealer ship. I would highly recommend him!!!
My experience at Volvo Cape Cod has been stellar. the purchase experience was top notch. This experience has now extended to the Service Department. I had a minor issue with a check engine light. Bryan in the Service Dept. made sure that I got in and out in time for a trip with my wife. The staff was as courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly (as one should expect), but what was most appreciated about the experience of purchasing a car here was the low sales pressure. In fact, there was NO sales pressure. Great cars, no pressure, fair deals. Got to love it!
