Volvo emergency service Although they were booked out for the next two weeks, they were able to squeeze me in when my car died and I needed a new battery, including a courtesy pick up for me when it was fixed the next day and I had no ride.

30,000 maintenence The dealership is clean and professional. Andrea was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with regular updates on the progress of my service. The only drawback was I expected to be there for 2 hours at the most and instead was there for 4 1/2 hours. Granted they also fixed rear brakes but it was still a long wait. Overall I would return to this dealership.
Easy, Efficient Experience Working with Mike Mullen was easy, productive and efficient. We were looking for a used SUV. Besides encouraging test drives in multiple vehicles, he did a great job in laying out on a single sheet a comparison of the several possibilities--greatly facilitated making our choice.

Buying a new C90 T6, 6 mos after model year end Excellent experience in finding a new car. Attentive, no pressure sale . Very good deal on post model year acquisition. There were some hurdles regarding years of warranty, but all was resolved creatively and satisfactorily. In the end wound up with more car (space, engine, amenities) than we expected and within our initial budget.
