30,000 maintenence The dealership is clean and professional. Andrea was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with regular updates on the progress of my service. The only drawback was I expected to be there for 2 hours at the most and instead was there for 4 1/2 hours. Granted they also fixed rear brakes but it was still a long wait. Overall I would return to this dealership.

Easy, Efficient Experience Working with Mike Mullen was easy, productive and efficient. We were looking for a used SUV. Besides encouraging test drives in multiple vehicles, he did a great job in laying out on a single sheet a comparison of the several possibilities--greatly facilitated making our choice.

Buying a new C90 T6, 6 mos after model year end Excellent experience in finding a new car. Attentive, no pressure sale . Very good deal on post model year acquisition. There were some hurdles regarding years of warranty, but all was resolved creatively and satisfactorily. In the end wound up with more car (space, engine, amenities) than we expected and within our initial budget.

TERRIFIC SERVICE Just have to say that Andrea Jones was very attentive, professional and made my service call very seamless. Andrea arranged for a loaner car for me and clearly communicated what was being done on my car, the cost and the time required. As always, the showroom and waiting area was spotless and comfortable. Complicated Servicing from afar. I scheduled a service appointment about a month ahead of time because I had a scheduled trip off island from Nantucket for the week of July 6th-13th. and because of the overwhelming problems of getting back on island in the summer, this was my only chance to fix the horrible engine coolant leak that had been happening since the start of the heat. Excellent service Brought our 2012 XC60 in for service yesterday. I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and asked for shuttle ride to local mall. Andrea arranged for the ride and we were on our way quickly. I thought the service being done might take a while but the work was completed in about an hour and a half. My experience during this visit was excellent. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to special requests. Excellent purchase experience This was a very easy purchase experience. Derek Nickerson knew the car, had it ready for me and appraised mine while I was on the test drive. He treated my time like it was valuable and we were able to come to terms and seal the deal in less than one hour start to finish. No tedious dickering. Picking up the car was easy.
