Since Skype went belly up, I now use Vonage to call from abroad and receive calls, This first month has been really great with clear calls on both end that seem like local calls. Hopefully it will continue as such. Worth checking for those who need a reliable carrier when outside of the country.

This is an excellent app. I’ve used it for a few years and never had any issues. One great feature of the app is that it will sent an email with the voicemail message.

I use this app very often, specially when overseas. Calls are very clear, there’s hardly any latency and it works over wifi or cell data. I can take care of my account needs easily and quickly. Teo comments: please describe what is actually changed from release to release, and also indicate how to check the version in the App.
I’ve been using this app for over a decade. It works perfectly for me. I can answer my home phone from anywhere and make calls from my home number from anywhere.
