It's great to be able to use it on mobile device when you can't use the monitor for patient calls.
Quick and easy to use. As long as you have good wifi or cell service you can work from anywhere. You can set your off hours too. Honestly one of the best VOIP providers I have worked with in the last 15 years.

This app is excellent! It's by far the best mobile app from a unified Communication company I have used. It's thorough easy-to-navigate and most of all it works. It's not volatile

Been using Vonage for some time now and the experience is so so. For the most part it works but usually there's a delay in conversation, sometimes short and sometime very long, to the point it's distracting. Also if you swipe the app away while in the middle of a call the person on the other end can no longer hear you. Truthfully, have never had a good experience with any voip providers, this continues that trend
