I lose my microphone connection when using the app on the cell phone. The office lines are ok as far as I know but the cell app will drop those calls while I am sitting there next to the base connected lines. Samsung S23 phone btw.

Great service with wonderful features. The customer service is Best-In-Class! Jonathan and his crew really impressed me.
Exceptional customer service
If they would simply delay calls until the pathway was connect the crashes of missed calls and no rings and so forth could be improved. It is hard to immediately be everywhere all at once, so the delay should be way upstream and the software should connect ahead of the call then allow it to arrive into a prepared context of appropriate softwares.
For some reasons I can't text nor receive SMS or instant text messages on this app. I used to be able to do that but not any more. Can someone help?
