So convenient to be able to make international calls wherever I am, AND to answer my business phone in or out of the office. Wi-Fi idialing works but not everywhere some places like hospitals will allow dialing out through magicJack but they don’t work on Wi-Fi with Vonage also the device must have a connected cell phone number to install magicJack does not require this and allows you to install it on devices like iPhones that do not have any cell service so that they can be used at Wi-Fi locations it also allows installation on the laptops and tablets whereas Vonage extensions does not overall it’s very good but only if youHave cell service on th... read more

It’s a great app. The only thing that irritates me is being unable to see , along with the number calling, the caller ID in the screen when receiving a call. I can see it after it goes to voice mail in the app and in the missed call notification. But there has been many calls I’d have answered if I knew the caller ID at the moment of the call. Please add this feature!
I travel a lot and we have had Vonage since the start, very very useful and low cost. Now a days you can reach most people you know with other phone apps, but it works great for landlines and cell phones not within your network.
I first heard about manage from a friend. Now five years later, I’m more happier that I take a vantage of this application. I absolutely have no complaints. I’m not one to write reviews and for me to give this a five star speaks volumes. Thanks!
Overall the app works but it needs some updates like the ability to have a phone number with embedded pause/delay to support dial in calling with passcodes. This should already have been a feature since it has been a telephonic feature for decades. It also has an issue with switching between speakerphone, handset and headsets. In general, Vonage is a stable product but many of its software based solutions are dated.
We have had Vontage since the beginning! Never any problems! I can answer my home phone on my cell phone when I’m not at home! I never miss an important call!! Thank you!
