I have been using Vonage app for international calls and during my travel. It works well but I have some critical feedback 1) several times call drops and I don’t realize it. There is no sound or visual feedback about call drop. 2) Needs to have better integration with contacts. Please allow users to add favorite numbers.
Now retired from the states, my mother has had MagicJack here in Colombia. But for some reason lately the static, echoes and interference have been pretty annoying. So as a fluke - during this business trip here - I decided to try “Vonage Extensions” from my cellphone. WOW the quality and clarity have been outstanding to the point that since last week I stopped using the other and have called friends and home using only Vonage extensions. Had Vonage for years for home phone. Really like the mobile app for making/receiving calls on my cell.
We have had the app for a year or so. There have been rocky patches, but overall it is a good app. We have it on two phones, and it still does not ring consistently on both. Often one will ring five seconds after the other or not at all. So there is still work to do. It is very convenient, though, at home when your cell phone becomes an extension, and away when your cell phone acts like you are at home.
Would recommend Vonage to anyone. Great quality and crystal clear voice over. We have had Vonage for several years now and have never been disappointed. Excellent services and keep up the good work. Very happy with Vonage.
I have had the service for couple years now, every time I try to cancel it because of the promotional rate expiring. They come up with better rates for me. Never had my calls dropped even on 4G, they got the best customer service and are always willing to work with you for any kinds of deals they have, even if you don’t qualify for it. Keep up the good work guys!
It is close to a decade that we have been using Vonage to connect with our teams in different continents. Reliable service and call quality. Occasionally the App hangs to initiate a call but once connected doesn’t lose the call! Thank you for being there,
Vonage has been getting better and better. Using from past 10 years. Call durations even longer than 1 hour never gets disconnected.
This is the best application I have used so far for overseas calls. Voice quality is excellent. Call never drops.
