Vonage Business Communications (VBC) activates conversations across voice, SMS, team messaging, fax, social, meetings, and more, providing a unified communication experience with elevated Quality of Service (QoS).
Voice seems to work pretty well although some delays are obvious on occasion. Also, SMS works well. That's about all I use.
IMO, Vonage is the OG if voip. This company dug it's heels in and has never let me down. I have tried the much larger companies. For the half second the bigger boys save me when dialing isn't worth my business. Tried, tested and excelled Vonage, I'm ur biggest fan!
I have used Vonage for years. It has saved me tons of money. Every small business person should use this phone system. I've used it for more than 20 years and I cannot see anything better out there yet.

don't like that it doesn't automatically pick up the microphone (headphones) I'm using
very useful for work.

obviously a very functional app to have sort of a second phone on your cell phone, but it's a little bit laggy sometimes. otherwise it's very helpful.

great use of helping keep the business phone open to clients while helping to separate my personal phone line.
