Great quality of Call
Although this app does let you make and answer WiFi calls on your Vonage account, it's buggy. It has delays in the audio that get longer and longer as you talk. After 10–15 minutes, the delays are so bad that it sounds like you're interrupting each other. You have to hang up and call back to get the delays back down. Another minor bug is that the badge on the icon is stuck and won't go down to zero, even after clearing out messages and missed calls. I was not able to pay my insurance and other bills by phone using my mobile phone from Mexico even after dialing correctly. I tried my Vonage extension app and it worked as if I was back home in California. Plus my home extension rings wherever I am as if U never left home. That is really cool!
App is fine. However, when Vonage, as a carrier fails to work as expected, rest follows suit —app et al
We enjoy Vonage services for over 15years now and appreciate the reliability and flexibility as well as the extensions and international features. Recommended for everyone with family overseas
I live in Europe and use Vonage to connect with family and friends in the US. This would be a tremendous app... only one problem: it requires a US cell phone number. Could you make it possible to pair this app with foreign cell phone numbers?
I have had Vonage for over 10 years and am quite happy with it. When I am away from the house it rings on my phone and in the car via Bluetooth. It really needs to add support for the Apple Watch. There used to be a Watch app but it was deleted. Add it into Extensions, PLEASE
