I use this app very often, specially when overseas. Calls are very clear, there’s hardly any latency and it works over wifi or cell data. I can take care of my account needs easily and quickly.
I have been using this for more than 8 years. Now with 2 free extensions ( both me and my spouse use it on our cell phones) and the ability to call overseas with and without wifi, this is the main app I use for all my international calls. I now make a lot of international calls while driving. It is more useful if you make international calls. Try it. You’ll never be disappointed.

This service is the best. My daughter is studying abroad and this helps so much with me being able to keep in contact with her without having to pay an enormous phone bill. The communication is clear and feels like I'm talking to her from right across the street. The only downside is that she's sometimes not connected to Wi-Fi on her cellphone so I have to contact her through other means... but that's not often the case. Highly recommend Vonage extensions!
I’ve also had Vonage since the beginning. It lets my kids stay in touch with me via Boomerang when they are traveling. Unlike What’s App Meta isn’t listening in. Totally responsive service. Just great all round!
Wish you could paste a number into vonage to easily dial but it doesn't seem to allow that.

Overall, it’s pretty seamless and works great. I have had a few issues with trying to turn features off and it turns out you have to turn them off in multiple locations, which was aggravating until that got figured out. The interface is adequate, but not outstanding, requiring you to go back through multiple clicks to get to the next thing. But as far as it actually working, doing what you need it to, there are lots of options, and good features and once you have your settings right, it’s pretty flawless.
