We have spent a lot of time internationally and it is so nice to be able to get my phone calls right on my US cell phone.
Great service especially international. I have the app and I can use it wherever there is a stable WiFi. I use it everyday to call family members overseas. Wish the speaker could be improved on the app. Goes in and out.
Did I mention great VALUE yet? I’ve been using Vonage at home for years. Rock solid connections good wound quality and a company that doesn’t nickel & dime you at every opportunity. No fiddling or fussing with the app... I love that! Zero maintenance, never begging for attention. Integration with Vonage devices at home is When Vonage apps came along, i tried them immediately. Extensions and the Vonage app were good and quickly evolved to exceptional. 5 stars, 100%, A+, high score .... “Get it” is a no-brained recommendation
Vonage with extension is a remarkable service. All calls to my home (VoIP) are routed also to my cell phone, so I don’t miss a call unless I want to. Generally the quality is great. I spent two years in the Middle East several years ago and was able to take my Vonage modem with me, which gave me my Virginia number there. The quality was a little shaky because local broadband was not great, but even there, the service was pretty good and the value of having my Virginia number was tremendous.
Almost using every day to make international calls and only issue I found is the switching the call mode from phone to speaker phone and reverse not working properly. Other then that it is really useful and nice App.
I use this all day from my home office and when on the road. I rarely use the conventional phone tied to the Vonage base anymore. Sound quality is great, though you do need a good upload speed. Back when my upload speed was only 500 kbps I would sometimes have issues. Since upgrading to 5 Mbps its been great.
We just arrived to Italy. And was amazed how Vonage is working. Love it great job. Service is wonderful.
Great service in Hong Kong, singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and of course the USA. Flawless!
i think i have called them three times over the ten years i have been a customer and that was to discuss the best plans for me. The service is solid and flawless. Any issues have been due to power and internet company outages. never issues with vontage.
