I really enjoy the service it is one of a kind. It is surprisingly easy to set up and get into years as soon as you get it. I’ve had Vanick service when other service wasn’t available as long as I have a Wi-Fi connection. I’ve had no security issues and it seems that vantage is on top of the game.
Love the way this app works. After a recent move, we have no place to hook up our home phone with Vonage near a modem. We were going to cancel our Vonage service. After hearing about the app it’s made everything so much better! The only thing that makes is not perfect, it is you are not allowed to assign ringtones. The ringtone provided for the Extensions app with iPhone is horrible.
New customer. Vonage service seems fine, but this app need some work. Having to manually type in numbers to block is ridiculous. Should simply be an option from the recent call log. Smart phones have been doing this for many years. No excuse for not having that here. The app can be slow to load at times. Same with certain settings menus and options.

We’ve used Vonage for years - maybe since they first appeared. We have family in Europe and I love never thinking about when i call or for how long. Also Vonage extension means i can call from anywhere on cell - which - given time differences is great. I never think about Vonage - unlike cell phone carrier, cable co.? tv streamers etc. (always unhappy w them). Vonage just works and saves me $$$.
If you want to call anyone back home while traveling in a different country it is fantastic. If you have Wifi where you are at, it costs you nothing. The sound quality is like you are at home. Even airport free Wifi is good enough for this to work great.

I’ve had Vonage since it started a little bit of interference at the beginning but has consistently gotten better and having the extension app on my mobile or cell phone is great I highly recommend it 👍
