I’m using menu years the past year or 2 having trouble on iPhone after answering the app hanging not getting connected. I’m not sure why developers haven’t solve that yet. When it work it fine!
It’s always been slow retrieving voicemail messages. Latest version issues include, not getting emails when a voicemail is left. Some voicemails are not working and now when getting calls I am unable to answer the calls with my iPhone.
Was okay for the 1st month, but now it doesn't connect and I have to wait until it goes to voicemail or wait until I'm home to answer calls on the landline.
I have high speed internet at home and see all 3 bars for internet. Yet, the App fails to connect to most of the calls and they end up going to voicemail after ringing. Reinstalling App or changing phones doesn’t help. I have had this issue for the past few years and upgrade my phone every year.
Call quality is poor and connection is consistently unreliable.
Even with good internet the phone app does not work properly like most of the time it rings and cannot recive call , again need to call back to the caller ,,even if you call back the call get cut within few minutes ,so expensive with bad service in one word is vonage
Very bad audio quality
The Vonage Extensions app has GREAT DIFFICULTY connecting incoming calls for me. Your phone will ring, but more than 75% of the time, the call won’t connect once answered, despite having good WiFi and cellular coverage. We re-installed the app via support and that briefly solved the issue, but calls don’t connect anymore again. Outgoing calls work seamlessly.
Vonage claims you can have a voip number ring a cell phone; this works perhaps 70% of the time — other times the cell phone fails to ring, or rings but then the call fails to connect when you answer. Outbound calling works reliably, but inbound calls can’t be relied upon at all.
