This update brakes in call menu functionality. If you call numbers that require dialing by directory or menu you wont be able to pick anything in vonange dialpad.
What good is a phone service when you are unable to connect because the key pad doesn’t allow you to enter extensions, digits, nothing at all. Useless 100%!!!!!!
Doesn’t work. The call list does not show me the recent calls. This problem started since last year.
The latest update has messed up the app. The key pad doesn’t work when on a call now. It was working great before the update. Hopefully y’all can fix that bug as soon as possible. I really like the service especially the app but it needs to be fixed.
As of 8/17/2023 It’s been 3 years since there are no updates on this app. Now it tells me there has been calls but the call register shows nothing. But every month faithfully the payment plan is withdrawn from my bank account. Time to drop the plan and shop somewhere else.
Can’t see recent calls anymore and ease of blocking calls is useless. Worked for a few months when I signed up for Vonage but there is no support to correct these issues. Been months and no resolution.
The fonts are fixed size and tiny and color scheme are meant for eagle eyed kids but not for anyone with any visual impairment. Lacks reasonable features: can’t clear certain numbers from history - it is all or nothing. If you hAppen to touch one of the numbers in the list by mistake it immediately dials it. Crazy, without warning. As I said, primitive.
First off all, lately the recent call tab is all empty. Incoming or missed call does not show up. Yet on my icon it shows the number of call. I am using iPhone. Secondly to my surprise this app has never be updated at all so as to keep up with the current OS. Is tech support or anybody reading this review?
Deleting 3 or 4 voicemails in a row results in an error & the app constantly logs out. "The system encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again laters
