I’m no longer receiving my calls on this app, can’t call out either. You charge me $45 a month, get this working please
Vonage has always offered the advantage of locating your phone overseas. However, for “security reasons“ this app only offer a service in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. In fact, the actual service no longer offers call forwarding outside of Mexico, United States, and Canada. So what’s the point of this app? it’s useless outside of the three countries which I have stated.
Seriously, other voip service providers are better for the money and quality!
One of the benefits of Vonage is it works anywhere with an internet connection. I took my Vonage number with me when I moved from the US to Europe. I wanted the iPhone app for when I’m travelling but I can’t use it as I have a European mobile number. App registration will only accept a US, UK or Canadian mobile number. If all it needs is a data connection, why the restriction?
We used to have vonage especially while traveling in Asia. We got their service again since we were happy with their service compared to magic Jack. But since we got their service we received so many spam calls nonstop. Getting calls during the middle of the night that we can’t get any sleep. I don’t think I signed up for this and much more paying for these hassle and inconvenience.
Vonage wins the "Masters of Run-Around" Awards in my experience. Do you think they could port a number from another tele-service at first ask? How about second ask or maybe third time a charm... I don't know if I should wait any longer - I mean after 2 months of them passing the buck, just how much more can a body take? The same goes with ordering a replacement hardware box... I'm on call number 2 now for re-order. I dislike the Customer Service - they can't seem to get i together at all.

I have been having lots of problems with Vonage since I installed it in my new IPHONE. Every time I place a call, after talking 5 or 10 seconds the line drops and disconnects. I have to wait for at least a minute before I can try again. I never had a problem with my old phone by since the last Vonage update I have had all kinds of problems. I used to have Vonage on a phone at home but even that phone was getting a lot of static and problems we finally got rid of it. I really need help. Techi2
Lately Extension app is buggy. Always gets error while calling from the app. They are removing features without any notice. Also they charge high taxes. We end-up paying $45 bill every month for one line of service. There are many alternate services which charge less, offer excellent service.
