Not great
We have Vonage to serve as our house phone, it replaced the land line. That part of the service works flawlessly as long as we have internet connection. The app was supposed to forward calls to the house phone, it worked great for some time, more recently, it drops calls or doesn’t allow the call to transfer.
For about the past month, this app logs me out every day. And I sometimes have to enter my credentials multiple times before it will log me back in. Please fix. Thanks.
DTMF fixed but all other in-call buttons do not work (mute, etc) The old app worked fine for years and now it’s broken
Update: I just installed Sonoma on my Mac, and got a call on my iPhone. When I looked at the Recents list, it was miraculously repopulated, with a whole list of recent calls, not just the latest one. Even after this last update, Red dot notification is showing a missed call before you open app, but when you open the app there is nothing in the resent list. Can you please fix this. It used to work fine!!!
The one time I needed the app to work it did not. I answered the call and it wouldn’t connect. I had it set up to connect but it never went through. Full bars and no issue with the cell service. It just stayed “connecting”. After 20 secs of this, I hung up. Wanted to contact customer service but no way in contacting you except phone. No way to email. Will not forward calls in the future. At least before I could get a message.
Extensions app stopped working calling international countries, the phone number is invalid error comes after trying to dial different numbers. Frustrating
I’ve had Vonage for almost 20 years and it’s always been ok until a few weeks ago. Now, if there is an incoming call and we answer it on the home phone, after a couple of minutes it starts ringing on my cell phone, doesn’t matter if we are already speaking on the call on the home phone or even have finished the call and hung up. It just rings and rings on the cell phone for an hour or more unless you answer it again on the cell phone and then cancel it.
