Even after this last update, Red dot notification is showing a missed call before you open app, but when you open the app there is nothing in the resent list. Can you please fix this. It used to work fine!!!
The one time I needed the app to work it did not. I answered the call and it wouldn’t connect. I had it set up to connect but it never went through. Full bars and no issue with the cell service. It just stayed “connecting”. After 20 secs of this, I hung up. Wanted to contact customer service but no way in contacting you except phone. No way to email. Will not forward calls in the future. At least before I could get a message.
Extensions app stopped working calling international countries, the phone number is invalid error comes after trying to dial different numbers. Frustrating
I’ve had Vonage for almost 20 years and it’s always been ok until a few weeks ago. Now, if there is an incoming call and we answer it on the home phone, after a couple of minutes it starts ringing on my cell phone, doesn’t matter if we are already speaking on the call on the home phone or even have finished the call and hung up. This update brakes in call menu functionality. If you call numbers that require dialing by directory or menu you wont be able to pick anything in vonange dialpad.
What good is a phone service when you are unable to connect because the key pad doesn’t allow you to enter extensions, digits, nothing at all. Useless 100%!!!!!!
Doesn’t work. The call list does not show me the recent calls. This problem started since last year.
The latest update has messed up the app. The key pad doesn’t work when on a call now. It was working great before the update. Hopefully y’all can fix that bug as soon as possible. I really like the service especially the app but it needs to be fixed.
As of 8/17/2023 It’s been 3 years since there are no updates on this app. Now it tells me there has been calls but the call register shows nothing. But every month faithfully the payment plan is withdrawn from my bank account. Time to drop the plan and shop somewhere else.
