Incoming calls no longer work with iPhone 14.4.2
I really liked this app when it first came out. But now for some reason it’s very annoying. Believe it or not, you have to actually call on the phone and “register” your cell phone EVERY SINGLE TIME you delete the app and redownload it. Otherwise the app does not work and your voicemail won’t even pick up. This was happening for a quite a while and I had no idea why. Nowhere on the app does it say that you have to call in person and register you cell phone each time! It should not be that difficult to use an app.
The app won’t respond when you get to the settings page. Opening the billing and payments will often won’t take you anywhere. Not to forget, it’s way more costlier compare to other products like CallIndia for WiFi calling internationally.
Was working fine until the latest iOS update. Now can’t hear anyone speaking when calls are made on data. Works fine on WiFi but that defeats the purpose of having the app on my cell phone.
I would will a zero if that were available!!! Wether I use the extension app or my landline phone, I never can get through on my call at once. Majority of the time I have to just give up. Always saying “you currently do not have sufficient credit to make the call, dial star 621#” this is ridiculous!!! It’s 2020 Vonage! Using your service remind me of the 80s and 90s! Please revamp your entire services
Used to work, now voicemail does not work through the app. Only way to retrieve is to call the voicemail retrieval number and follow prompts - very inconvenient.
In the last several months, it’s been a real problem trying to retrieve and listen to voicemail thru the app, taking multiple attempts (5-10 minutes to listen to ONE) to list the voicemails and listen to one. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I’ve reported the issue to tech support three times with no follow-up or resolution. Thinking of switching to Ooma.
I had to try a few times to make sure voice mails were retrieved and deleted.
It’s impossible to retrieve messages , frustrating and annoying because the app keeps shutting down. Reinstall did NOT help. Vonage needs to fix the bugs , taking my business elsewhere , no longer dependable .
