Horrible app. Often doesn’t even ring and hangs up when in calls.
Worst company ever. Opened my account and went through all the steps to have there phone service. Once it was paid for and set up they closed my account with in an hour. I called the help center and they told me it was because of possible fraud but couldn’t explain to me why or get a supervisor on the line to help me. Very disappointed and would never recommend to anyone!!!
While using app incoming calls will get stuck or dropped.
Touch tones don’t work on half the calls I make. Answering calls fails half the time. SLOW APP
Unable to call certain numbers in India error
App has not had an upgrade in a long time. Still refers to “3G”. There hasn’t been 3G cell service here for years. Etc, etc.
Crashes when opening app and although extensions rings through to iPhone cannot connect to the caller
Nasty bad update ruined my phone battery. This update is slow and buggy. Stop scamming people with this garbage app.
I have been unable to make calls through extension app on IPhone. The screen shows connecting but the call never connects and there is neither a dial tone. The app works fine on my Android phone
