App has not had an upgrade in a long time. Still refers to “3G”. There hasn’t been 3G cell service here for years. Etc, etc.
Crashes when opening app and although extensions rings through to iPhone cannot connect to the caller
Nasty bad update ruined my phone battery. This update is slow and buggy. Stop scamming people with this garbage app.
I have been unable to make calls through extension app on IPhone. The screen shows connecting but the call never connects and there is neither a dial tone. The app works fine on my Android phone
Not great
We have Vonage to serve as our house phone, it replaced the land line. That part of the service works flawlessly as long as we have internet connection. The app was supposed to forward calls to the house phone, it worked great for some time, more recently, it drops calls or doesn’t allow the call to transfer.
For about the past month, this app logs me out every day. And I sometimes have to enter my credentials multiple times before it will log me back in. Please fix. Thanks.
DTMF fixed but all other in-call buttons do not work (mute, etc) The old app worked fine for years and now it’s broken
Update: I just installed Sonoma on my Mac, and got a call on my iPhone. When I looked at the Recents list, it was miraculously repopulated, with a whole list of recent calls, not just the latest one. (Prior to this, there were only a handful of calls where I’d actually answered through the app.) Probably a coincidence, but I’ll take it (most likely a server-side fix by Vonage). 2023-07-19: I, too, can’t see any recent calls; this started about 3-4 months ago, probably not long after an iOS update.
