Call quality by Vonage is now often worse than FaceTime or What's up.., that is from a loyal customer of 10 yrs plus plus..
Call over wireless service providers is excellent but call over Wifi needs more stability and clarity and quality . Lot of times wifi call gets dropped even thought we have very good stable internet connection and wifi signal .
Not able to hear the Opp person voice on speakers very bad audio quality please fix this
App hangs a lot on iOS 10
Doesn't work well at all on the iPhone 7. I get hung up on all the time. People can't hear me talking. It's like in on mute.
All calls - even those going directly to cell - go through app. As if that wasn't bad enough, caller ID is obliterated and all calls show as "Extension Audio". No way to tell which calls are cell and which are forwarded, no way to tell who's calling unless I'm familiar with number - no way. eVoice gives you a choice, don't see why Vonage can't. This is the straw that broke the Vonage back - going with Oona.
This used to be a great app. However with the ios10 update they have made it so all calls show up as "Extensions Audio" and strip the actual caller ID info away. The app makes it impossible to screen calls and is a major disappointment.
When you call an international number we cannot conference anyone , this is quiet frustrating please do make that change
