THANK YOU!!! I took my cat to VRC as an ER visit because he had an issue with his eye. The staff was friendly and let me know that since he was stable they would hold him for a few hours until the docs could get to him. The doctor was great and explained my options fully.

My puppy came here struggling to walk and with a 104 fever. They quickly figured out he was suffering from a deep tissue infection from his grooming the day before. All of the DRs and support people were wonderful. Kind, caring and wanted to help him get well. My puppy is alive because they got to the bottom of what ailed him quickly and got on top of his skin infection. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this facility - I drove over an hour to bring Cooper here and it was totally worth it!

the TPLO followup visits were very efficient. I arrived at appt time both times and my dog was immediately taken for xrays and back in 3 minutes with Dr. Franczuski to review the results. Both visits were super fast and time was spent on explanations. Very impressive service and organization, All is going well after 11 weeks and I expect a full recovery of my schnug

Quickly diagnosed my dog's significant health condition and stabilized him. However, the ER doc took a really long time to tell me anything was wrong, and only after I overheard her tell another owner she was dealing with a "critical dog" and that's why he had to wait. I realized I was the only owner there who didn't know what was going on with my pet, and quickly put two and two together that my animal was the critical one. I saw mixed reviews so I wanted to add a positive one. We had to bring in our 14 year old lab/Aussie mix who had sudden onset of neurological symptoms and it became clear quickly that it was her time. The staff could not have been more supportive and kind to us. They all expressed their condolences and guided us through the process gently. Thank you to everyone working at VRC on Thursday, January 4th. You made a difficult situation easier for us.

My compliments to Dr. Sadanaga! He operated on my cavalier Bentley a few weeks ago (11/14/23) and today was his final checkup. The doctor is compassionate, friendly, kind, and a true professional. He is also an artist although he says no. He drew my dog's anatomy to show me the operating procedure. I appreciated this because it was easy to understand. Pricey but I suppose all emergency vets are. I appreciate the speedy service here. When my cat had a medical emergency, I called 2 other emergency vets and was told there was a 5+ hr wait at each. VRC said I could come right in and it would be a max 1-2 hr wait. Would recommend (and have done so to others).

I had to put down my rescue dog Butler last night after only having him for 2 years. He was about 10. I want to take the time to post a good review because when I did some quick research on emergency vets while I decided what to do I saw lots of negative reviews of other places that people recommended I use.
